Welcome to MEC

Our vision is to become a community of salt and light in the city of Maitland offering a message of relationship renewal to all people and serving the Hunter and nations with the gospel.   We do this by knowing Christ and making him known through the proclamation of the gospel.   As people join us we invite them to start the Christian life (if they haven’t already), to grow in maturity, and to serve Christ and each other. Our members come from all the suburbs of Maitland, as well as from Greta, Branxton, Kurri Kurri, Cessnock, Raymond Terrace, Paterson, Lochinvar, and other communities in the region.
